Israeli attack kills two people near aid

Israeli Forces Intensify Bombardment of Gaza Amid Mounting Civilian Casualties and International Criticism

Israeli forces continued heavy bombardment across Gaza on Monday, just a day after killing at least 95 Palestinians, including seven children who were waiting in line for water and 17 people at a crowded market in Gaza City.

Meanwhile, Israel’s controversial plan to establish an internment camp in Gaza is drawing growing condemnation. Opposition leader Yair Lapid warned that such a facility would effectively become a “concentration camp” if Palestinians are not permitted to leave.

Eight United Nations agencies operating in Gaza have issued urgent warnings that their operations may soon halt entirely due to a lack of fuel. UNRWA reported that another infant died of malnutrition on Sunday, underscoring the deepening humanitarian crisis.

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, Israel’s ongoing war on the territory has killed at least 58,026 people and wounded 138,520 since it began. On the Israeli side, approximately 1,139 people were killed and over 200 taken captive during the October 7, 2023, attacks.
